Riprendendo il motto del festival 2021 "Upstream", i tre compositori Damian Dalla Torre, Felix Römer e Richard Köster hanno dedicato il loro lavoro "Floating - Reflections on water" all'elemento acqua. I brani, che sono stati scritti per l’Euregio Collective, rappresentano musicalmente le proprietà fisiche ed estetiche dell'acqua così come i suoi tre stati di aggregazione: liquido, gassoso e solido.
